Riverside Park & Picnic Pavilion - 3501 Spruce

Amenities: Picnic pavilion with commercial kitchen  Restrooms  Playground  Greenway trail and walking paths  Fishing  Horseshoes Fireplace.

Riverside park is the perfect backdrop for your wedding, special event, or to bring the family out for a day at the park.  The extra large pavilion includes a commercial kitchen complete with serving window and picnic tables to accommodate any event.  The kids and family will enjoy the large play structure, wide open areas, and Greenway river trail.  Call 541-962-1352 x201 to reserve.
 

Pioneer Park & Rotary Pavilion - 501 Palmer Ave.

Amenities: Picnic Pavilion - Playground -  5 ballfields including Optimist Field - Soccer field - Skate park - Walking paths - Basketball courts coming soon

Pioneer Park is La Grande’s premier active recreation area with several athletic fields, pavilion and skate park.  It’s also home to Veteran’s Memorial Pool.  The picnic pavilion and athletic fields are available to rent.  Call 541-962-1352 x201 to reserve

Candy Cane Park - 901 12th St.

Island Ave. Greenway - Island Avenue

About: Island Avenue was developed in 1985 when the La Grande Centennial Committee planted trees along the railroad tracks and Island Ave.  The Parks & Recreation Department now maintains it.




Max Square - 1001 Adams Ave

Amenities: Stage - Benches

About: Max Square is the perfect venue for outdoor concerts or performances.  It is used throughout the summer for La Grande’s Farmers Market.  Rent the square!  Call 541-962-1352 x201 to reserve.
